Return & Exchange Policy

At Happy Lion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a clear and flexible return and exchange policy:

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, original packaging, and the receipt.

• The product must not be damaged, soiled, or altered in any way. Items that have been clearly used or opened are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos showing the issue. Your request will be handled with top priority.

• Products purchased during sales or promotions can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective.

• If a gift was included with your purchase, the gift must also be returned to complete the return or exchange process.

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected, within 7-14 business days, and will be issued to the same electronic payment method used for the purchase.

• The customer is responsible for shipping fees in return or exchange cases unless the error is from our side (wrong or defective product).
